This farm consists of two properties. It borders Río Las Cañas (The Canes River) to the north and to the east, the main highway between Liberia and Santa Cruz. The Chorrera Ravine passes through.
At this time it is currently sowed with 100 hectares of Rice, which is the equivalent of 600 tons, and 3 hectares of sugar cane. The farm has permission to use the water from Río Diriá, for watering the farm. The property is completely level and plain; it was previously used for raising cattle, due to the availability of water to the farm.
The farm has a working runway for planes.
The farm has a large house, with porches with mosquito netting. The property also has two guest houses for visitors, 2 barnyards, rooms for farm workers, warehouses and a big kitchen/dining room with bedrooms. There are various electricity meters, phone line, private wells, electric fences and two separate entrance gates towards the highway (domestic area and agricultural area).
